Internet2 provides demo applications, equipment
loans, and publicity materials for your events. Publicity materials include signs, banners,
folders, brochures, and other printed materials. The demo/loaner
equipment, which you may request, is listed below. Click here for a Calendar featuring

Demo Equipment Shipping and Insurance Information
Internet2 members are responsible for equipment shipping charges to and from your location. All Internet2 demo equipment is insured by Internet2, so it is not necessary to insure it for return shipping to Internet2. However, once the equipment arrives and you sign for it, any damage that may occur to the equipment at your location will be your responsibility.
You are also responsible for returning every item included with the equipment, such as cables, remotes, etc. A packing list is included with each shipment; please make sure that all the items on the packing list are included when you pack the equipment to return to Internet2.

Internet2 Equipment Loan Policy
1. Please inspect equipment upon arrival. Turn on and test to
ensure the equipment is operational. If it does not come
up, please inspect to make sure there wasn't any damage during
shipping.
2. If there was any damage to the equipment during shipment we need
to know ASAP so a claim can be initiated. Please note, failure to
do so will mean revoking privileges from borrowing the equipment
for future events.
3. You are responsible for any damage that may occur to the equipment
at your location.
